Terms of Service

The terms that govern your Roddely account, plans and billing, and your use of the AI replies on the messaging channels you connect.

Last updated 2026-08-21

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Roddely. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Roddely.

The service

Roddely provides an AI customer-support assistant that helps online stores answer their customers across the messaging channels they connect. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the service evolves.

Your account and acceptable use

You are responsible for the information in your account and for activity that happens under it. When you use Roddely, you agree to:

  • provide accurate account and business information and keep it up to date;
  • use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms;
  • not use the service to send unlawful, abusive, misleading, or spam messages;
  • not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service, and not resell or provide it to others without our permission.

You are responsible for making sure your use of the assistant complies with the laws that apply to your business and your customers.

Third-party platforms

Roddely works alongside the messaging platforms you choose to connect: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Telegram. When you connect one of these, you must also comply with that platform's own terms and policies. Those platforms are controlled by others: their availability, features, and rules can change, and we are not responsible for their actions or for interruptions they cause.

Fees and subscriptions

Roddely's online billing is not live. Current beta access is not charged automatically, and selecting or requesting a plan does not create a recurring subscription. We will tell you before any charge begins.

If you later enter a paid plan with us, you agree to the quoted fees and billing period presented before you accept it. Any recurring charge, tax treatment, renewal, or cancellation terms will be shown before you agree to them.

Automated replies

Roddely's replies are generated automatically. They may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to a particular situation. You remain responsible for your store's communication with its customers, and we recommend reviewing conversations and stepping in when needed. The assistant does not replace your own judgment or professional advice.

Termination

You may stop using Roddely and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken or to protect the service and its users. When your account ends, your data is handled as described in our Data Deletion instructions.

Service provided "as is"

Roddely is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the assistant's replies will always be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roddely will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
